Diet Journal Entry #3

Exhaustion is weighting me down today.  I have got a case of the Mondays it seems.  Trying to stay on point has been a bit of a struggle today.  All I want is to go home, take a nap, and skip the gym.  I am not going to listen to the little voice in my head, I am going to pretend it isn’t there and continue on with the plan.

Seems like I am constantly on a diet, I cannot seem to keep the weight off.  I would kill to finally shed all the weight for good.  Done venting.  See daily menu below.

Diet Journal Entry #2

Today was a bit of a struggle, a co-worker brought some amazing lemon bars to work and I had to resist. I wanted desperately to eat the entire tray but I stayed with my plan.

I am feeling pretty drained today from lack of sleep last night.  Tonight I have Crossfit class at 6:30 pm and Yoga at 7:30pm.  I have to push and train harder, I have very little time left to get ready for the competition.

Today is Friday, tomorrow after Crossfit class I think I will go for a run in the park and then hopefully a very long walk, jog, run Sunday.

Fingers crossed the scale will reflect my hard work!

Diet Journal Entry #1

I have decided to log my newest journey in weight loss.  I have a Crossfit competition in June and I have gained back 15 pounds that I had lost, I need to lose those 15 pounds and 5 more before June so I can string together multiple pull-ups and ring dips.  So I am dedicated to staying on track.
So far I am 6 pounds down, so far so good.  I just have to stay faithful to my diet and dedicated myself to my training.  I usually keep to a certain structure to my daily diet, see below for an example of my typical daily intake.
